FULL TIME, 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Salary: £30,000/annum, plus up to 20% bonus (OTE up to £36,000/annum) + company van
Working: 37.5 hours per week - flexibility is needed as you may need to work some weekends!
Territory: Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas
REL Field Marketing are searching for an energetic and ambitious sales professional to represent the bold and exciting Wonderland Cocktail Co., in partnership with BrewDog.
In this role, you’ll be on the ground, driving sales of premium ready-to-serve cocktails across the UK’s top pubs, bars, restaurants and more. You’ll be the go-to person, creating strong relationships, pitching the product, and selling in cases of Wonderland’s cocktails directly to venues. It’s all about making real connections, selling with passion, and delivering results.

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Sell cases of Wonderland Cocktails to pubs, bars, restaurants, and venues, ensuring product visibility and strong sales
  • Hit and exceed sales targets by building relationships with key decision-makers and closing deals
  • Expand product distribution in your territory, increasing the number of venues stocking Wonderland Cocktails
  • Negotiate prime placement in venues, securing visibility to boost sales
  • Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets and grow the brand
  • Educate venues on the benefits of Wonderland Cocktails, driving repeat business and increased sales volume
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand Wonderland’s presence in the market
  • Collaborate with your regional team, sharing best practices and working together to hit team KPIs
