We're looking for a proactive Brand Ambassador to join our Mondelez team on a fixed term, part-time basis. Working across a portfolio of retail stores, you'll be responsible for representing some of the UK's most loved brands including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts. This is an exciting opportunity to combine relationship-building, sales, and retail execution in a field-based role where no two days are the same. Driving Sales Performance Build strong relationships with key store contacts to maximise opportunities for Mondelez brands Increase product visibility and availability across your territory Influence retailers to support promotional activity and product launches Identify opportunities to improve sales performance within stores Deliver agreed sales and distribution objectives Building Customer Relationships Develop positive working relationships with store managers and colleagues Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands Work collaboratively with retailers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Executing In-Store Excellence Ensure products are available, visible and easy for shoppers to find Implement promotional activity and point-of-sale materials Support product launches and seasonal campaigns Maintain high standards of brand representation across all stores Managing Your Territory Plan and manage your own schedule across multiple locations Prioritise opportunities to maximise impact and performance Provide regular updates and insights from your territory What We're Looking For A confident and enthusiastic communicator Strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Commercially aware with a focus on achieving results Experience in retail, customer service, sales, merchandising or a customer-facing environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn Essential Requirements Full UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle Ability to travel throughout the territory Benefits Up to £16.41 per hour on-target earnings Quarterly bonus opportunities and additional incentives Full training and development programme Career progression opportunities Apply Now If you're organised, reliable and enjoy creating great in-store experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
