As Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion by connecting with B2B prospects and helping them leverage ReminderMedia's suite of tools to grow their client base. You will join a dynamic, remote team that values integrity, resilience, and high performance. Key responsibilities include: Engaging B2B prospects through a high volume of outbound phone calls to book appointments and drive sales of digital and direct mail marketing tools Consistently achieving activity and performance KPIs, including phone time, dials, and sales volume Following an established sales process and incorporating coaching and feedback from management Demonstrating a competitive, energetic, and positive attitude in a high-rejection, high-volume sales environment Performing independently and reliably in a remote work setting Join ReminderMedia and contribute to a culture that values growth, achievement, and client success. Required Qualifications: Resident in one of the following states: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV Available to work a 40-hour standard schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST) weekdays- with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts- from a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with a high-speed internet connection Has a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet for remote work Energetic, resilient, and positive attitude with strong communication and persuasion skills High integrity, work ethic, reliability, and self-discipline to perform independently in a remote environment Driven to exceed goals and thrive in high-rejection, high-volume outbound sales Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Proven quota attainment and strong career progression in highly-competitive work environments $65K to $125K+ OTE with a set base and lucrative performance-based bonuses Robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match and much more Equipment needed to work remotely - including laptop and phone services
