We’re looking for a results-driven, high-performing Sales Executive (National Accounts) to accelerate revenue growth and expand our footprint within the healthcare education and compliance space. This individual will build relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare organizations to drive enterprise sales of our content, education, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities
· Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets of $300,000+ (first year, $250,000)
· Build and maintain a high-quality, profitable sales pipeline
· Develop and implement territory or product-specific sales strategies
· Conduct research and outreach to identify and engage target accounts
· Grow and retain existing client accounts, including strategic upselling and cross-selling
· Lead consultative conversations with clients to understand their business needs and position tailored solutions
· Leverage CRM and data insights to track activity, forecast, and report progress
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success to optimize the sales funnel and client experience
· Actively engage in market research to stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
· Represent MedLearn Media with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, education, compliance, or SaaS
· Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· Highly organized with strong time-management skills
· Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment
· Based in Minnesota or Florida
Compensation & Benefits
· $55,000–$60,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
· Uncapped monthly commissions
· Annual performance bonus opportunities
