JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Off-Grid Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective B2C strategies and telemarketing efforts. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of CRM software..

SKILLS

  • Some experience in sales (ideally B2C, technical or home improvement sector preferred)
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, friendly and approachable
  • Tech-savvy – able to learn product details and use CRM software
  • Self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently
  • Interest in motorhomes, off-grid living, or renewable energy is a big plus
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Respond to sales enquiries (phone, email, web forms) and qualify leads
  • Prepare and send quotes for off-grid electrical system installs
  • Manage customer follow-ups, answer queries, and support the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive/Tradify)
  • Liaise with technical team for bespoke quotes and project updates
  • Support trade show/event sales activity and help with lead capture
  • Assist with sales admin (booking installations, sending invoices, tracking deposits)
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
