Job Summary The Sales Executive – Rental is responsible for driving sales of pre-owned construction and heavy equipment by identifying customer needs, promoting suitable machinery solutions, and closing profitable deals. The role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The position involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate machine availability, pricing, and timely delivery, while maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity in the used equipment segment. Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Sales Executive include, but are not limited to: Identify and develop new customers for used heavy machinery sales. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Promote and sell used heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and forklifts. Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and equipment demonstrations when required. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully. Coordinate with operations, workshop, and logistics teams for machine inspection, availability, and delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM or sales reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing of used machinery. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures. Follow up on payments, documentation, and handover of equipment. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in sale of Heavy Machinery Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Linguistic skills Good knowledge of used machinery and equipment conditions Strong sales and negotiation skills
