Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into sales. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to the management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer visits as required. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in line with company policies. Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level; a Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage. 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel. Company maintained bike and fuel will be provided Competitive sales commission structure above market rates
