JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a background in restaurant cleaning services to generate new business and grow our client base. The ideal candidate understands the cleaning and sanitation needs of restaurants and food service establishments and can confidently present solutions that align with industry hygiene standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in commercial or restaurant cleaning services.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation standards relevant to the food service industry (e.g., HACCP, local health regulations).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to visit clients will be an advantage
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant and food service industry.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to understand each client’s cleaning needs and present tailored service packages.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and service agreements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry standards (e.g., food safety regulations, health codes) and communicate how services help clients stay compliant.
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts using CRM software.
