WE’RE HIRING: SALES ENGINEER – RETROFIT (HVAC INDUSTRY)

Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000
Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE
Experience: 3–4 years
(must be locally available in UAE & willing to relocate to AUH/Al Ain)
We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Engineer with proven experience in retrofit sales of air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, technically proficient, and motivated to build strong client relationships in the HVAC industry.

REQUIREMENTS

✔ 3–4 years of HVAC sales experience (Retrofit knowledge mandatory)
✔ Strong sales attitude and negotiation skills
✔ Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems
✔ Excellent communication & client relationship management
✔ Must be locally available in UAE
✔ Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

• Drive retrofit sales of HVAC systems across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Generate new inquiries and follow up on projects to closure.
• Negotiate effectively with clients at site level.
• Retain clients and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with sales coordinators for timely submissions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular meetings & follow-ups.
