Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals professionally
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • Conduct on-site visits to track project progress and resolve issues
  • Attend exhibitions and industry events to represent the company
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Travel regionally and internationally as required for projects and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Entry-level applicants and non-degree holders are welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max are an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, dependable, and possesses good work ethics
  • Comfortable with both local and overseas travel
