Join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta, as a Sales Executive - Rooms, and play a pivotal role in driving bookings and occupancy for our luxurious accommodations. In this position, you will be responsible for managing room sales and developing strategies to attract both leisure and business travelers to our esteemed hotel. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize room sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and events organizers to boost occupancy rates. Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services. Create and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns targeted at specific market segments. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel's visibility and presence in key markets. Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive. Assist in pricing strategies and inventory management to optimize revenue for the rooms department. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, particularly with focus on room sales. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to selling. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
