Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Piccadilly. The Sales Executive will welcome customers to the boutique, provide informed guidance on jewellery selections, and deliver a high standard of personalised service throughout the purchasing journey. Daily responsibilities include managing client consultations, presenting collections and bespoke options, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records in the point-of-sale system. The role also involves merchandising displays, and supporting after-sales care. The Sales Executive will work closely with the boutique team to uphold brand standards, and contribute to a refined and inviting store environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with experience in luxury retail or high-value product environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and provide tailored advice.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills, including accurate handling of transactions, records, and stock management.
  • Interest in fine jewellery, gemstones, and craftsmanship; prior jewellery experience is highly beneficial.
  • Professional presentation and a confident, courteous manner suited to a boutique environment in Mayfair.
  • Ability to work full time on-site, including weekends and peak trading periods, as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfort using point-of-sale and basic office software; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles; formal training in sales or jewellery studies is a plus.
