We’re growing our Tracker team at RSM and are looking for a Sales Executive to join us in our Brentwood office. As part of this dynamic and client-focused team, you’ll be responsible for delivering first-line post-sales support to Tracker clients. Your role will involve providing customer service via telephone and online training, helping clients get the most out of the Tracker platform and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

You’ll will make an impact by:

  • Uphold RSM’s core values and professional standards through courteous, knowledgeable, and client-focused interactions.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through meaningful engagement, including MS Teams calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Support clients in driving digital transformation by understanding their business needs and identifying areas where Tracker can add value.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Tracker clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries to improve overall service delivery.
  • Collaborate with wider RSM teams to deliver integrated support and contribute to broader client success strategies.
