Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with fluent Russian language proficiency to join our luxury hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with high-value clients, particularly from Russian-speaking markets. You will represent our luxury hospitality brand with professionalism and sophistication, delivering exceptional service while achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive market. Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts from Russian-speaking regions Conduct consultative sales meetings and presentations to understand client needs and customize luxury hospitality solutions Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining detailed records in our CRM system Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to client preferences and requirements Cultivate long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and regular follow-up Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and management to ensure seamless client experiences Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base Qualifications Fluent proficiency in Russian (speaking, reading, and writing); English fluency required Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or premium service sectors Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals Strong understanding of luxury hospitality market dynamics and client expectations Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport with high-value clients Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor Cultural awareness and sensitivity with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse environments Strong negotiation and closing skills Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE hospitality market (preferred) Additional language proficiency beyond Russian and English (preferred) Experience with luxury brands or premium service organizations (preferred) Additional Information Your team and working environment: Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
