Job Description Assist in the execution of the resort’s sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and market share. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sales partners including travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and luxury travel planners. Identify and develop partnership through proactive research, networking, and prospecting activities. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and assist the Sales Manager/Director in implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns accordingly. Conduct proactive sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to existing and potential clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups. Submit regular and special sales reports, market analysis as requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing. Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets. Act as the primary point of contact for sales clients, ensuring excellent service and communication. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Represent the resort at travel trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Represent the resort in a professional manner to promote its image and reputation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the system. Translate marketing materials, contracts, and communication as needed into Russian. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector. Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal). Strong knowledge of the Russia & CIS market. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a confident and professional demeanor. Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Self-motivated, target-driven, with a positive attitude and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with social media platforms relevant to the target market, particularly Telegram and Instagram, is an advantage. Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures and able to work independently and collaboratively.
