QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Relevant Technical Training (preferred)
· Understanding of Architectural Glass Products: A solid grasp of the various types of glass (tempered, laminated, insulated, low-emissivity, etc.) and their specific uses in architecture, construction, and design.
· Knowledge of Installation Processes: Understanding how glass products are installed and the challenges that may arise in the installation phase.
· Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, particularly in B2B sales, ideally within the construction, architecture, or building materials sector.
· Track Record of Meeting Sales Targets: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth.
· Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
· Experience with Negotiation and Closing: Ability to handle pricing discussions, contracts, and close deals effectively.
· Technical Understanding of Glass Products: Ability to explain product specifications, advantages, and application methods to architects, contractors, and other professionals.
· Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to recommend customized glass solutions that meet the unique needs of clients’ projects.
· Knowledge of Competitors: Understanding of the competitive landscape, including the products and services offered by other glass manufacturers or suppliers.
· Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present complex technical information in an easily understandable manner for clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
· Customer-Centric Mindset: Active listening skills and the ability to tailor solutions based on customer needs.
· Networking Abilities: Comfort in engaging with architects, designers, contractors, and developers in both formal and informal settings.
· Effective Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
· Detail-Oriented: Precision in managing quotes, orders, and contracts to avoid errors and ensure client satisfaction.
· Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
· Identify and prospect new clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and construction firms.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements, advising on appropriate glass products for specific applications.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various glass products (tempered glass, laminated glass, mirrors, etc.), including their benefits, applications, and installation processes.
· Provide technical consultation to clients, explaining the different types of glass, their properties, and compliance with building codes and standards.
· Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
· Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations based on client specifications and project requirements.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales contracts to close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Order Management & Coordination:
· Oversee the order process from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and quality control.
· Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and logistics to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
· Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and documentation for all sales transactions.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
· Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
· Analyze market conditions to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth in the architectural glass market.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
· Address any post-sale issues, such as product defects or delivery concerns, ensuring that they are resolved promptly.
· Provide ongoing support for installation and maintenance, offering solutions to any challenges clients may face.
Sales Reporting & Goal Achievement:
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, working closely with management to align sales strategies with company goals.
SALES RESPONSIBILITIES (FIRST 45 DAYS)
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients
· Learn and apply industry specific knowledge during the market exploration process.
· Successfully establish cooperation with a minimum achievement of closing one deal
Collaboration with Marketing & Product Development Teams:
· Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and advertisements targeting potential clients.
· Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and industry demands.
