· Identify and target new business opportunities, expanding market presence within chemicals industry
· Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and analysis to senior management
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to execute sales strategies
· Achieve sales objectives by actively promoting and selling company products.
· Develop strong partnerships with customers, maximizing opportunities in both existing and new markets while effectively managing customer needs.
· Manage customer accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with customers to coordinate orders and deliveries for seamless transactions.
· Provide technical support by collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer queries.
· Collect, analyze, and maintain sales data to assist management in strategic decision-making.
· Follow up on accounts payables to ensure timely collections.
· Visit customers, handle their inquiries, propose the right product solutions, and follow up on quotations.
· Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Production teams to ensure timely material deliveries and stock availability.
· Report and address customer complaints to improve service quality.
· Expert in preparing and analyzing Sales Reports to monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
· Previous experience in the Chemical industry is a must.
· Experience 3-5 years
· Bachelor’s degree in science /bachelor’s in chemical engineering /master’s degree in marketing management
· Additional certification is a plus
· Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
· Analytical skills to assess data, customer & market trends
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
