REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Prior experience in the building industry is preferred.
  • Existing network of architects and contractors is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license and owns a vehicle.
  • Resilient and adaptable; able to work in challenging site environments.
  • Holds a strong belief in performance-based rewards: the more you do, the more you get.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from cold calling, canvassing and handling enquiries, to conducting presentations, preparing quotations, closing deals, and ensuring excellent after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Oversee and coordinate projects after deal closure to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as technical and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and executed effectively.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to assess requirements, verify measurements, and ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated on market developments to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Submit weekly sales reports via our in-house SAP system.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
