Job Description Develop and manage relationships with manufacturing and dealer customers in the sealing and bonding segment. Coordinate with distributors to promote silicone and bonding products, driving sales performance/ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the TM adhesives and bonding product portfolio. Provide tailored product solutions and communicate sales programs effectively to customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions. Ensure product availability by managing distributor inventory and order follow-ups. Submit regular reports and propose practical solutions to improve market service. Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and maintain confidentiality of business information Qualifications Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical/Civil), or Business with technical experience. 3–5 years in sales distribution, preferrably within construction chemicals, adhesives, or building materials with Proven success in distributor management and industrial end-user sales. Deep knowledge of silicone and polyurethane (PU) technologies and applications. Proven ability to hit targets through proactive lead generation and CRM usage (Salesforce/SAP). Skilled in analyzing competitor activity and inventory management. Good negotiation skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly. A self-motivated "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced field environment. Strict adherence to safety protocols and business confidentiality. Willingness to travel frequently to visit distributors and sites.
