Since 1990, we have been a trusted importer of renowned Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster products, offering innovative bedding solutions crafted in our state-of-the-art facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium mattress offerings while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty in a competitive market landscape. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote and sell Sealy products. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and understanding customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat purchases. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our mattresses. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. 28 to 38 years old Egyptian, Lebanese, or Palestinian national.
