Job Title:Sales & Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
As Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by
sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients in sectors such as Mechanical Automation and
Flow Control, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical, Construction, Logistics, IT
and Marine. Your prior experience in manpower supply or staffing will enable you to speak
confidently about all the processes while articulating Talent Xchange’s value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition:
  • Identify and qualify leads across target industries.
  • Conduct outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to HR/business heads.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain CRM with accurate opportunity stages.
  • Coordinate demos of the Talent Xchange platform (online & onsite).
  • Proposal & Contracting:
  • Draft commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and service-fee structures.
  • Liaise with Legal/Compliance to finalize MoHRE-compliant secondment

agreements.

  • Client Onboarding & Retention:
  • Guide clients through profile listing, availability uploads, and billing setup.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to surface upsell opportunities (e.g.,

Compliance-as-a-Service).

  • Market Intelligence:
  • Track competitor offerings, industry trends, and Emiratisation policy changes.
  • Feed insights into product roadmap and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ proven track record in B2B sales or BizDev within manpower supply, staffing

agency, or recruitment outsourcing.

  • In-depth understanding of UAE labour-law processes: secondment agreements, WPS

payroll, MoHRE notifications, visa sponsorship.

  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation acumen.
  • CRM literacy (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a consultative sales approach.
