About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in hotel or resort sales, a passion for building client relationships, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
  • Manage corporate, group, and event bookings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the hotel/resort at industry events and trade shows
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales (hotels, resorts, or travel agencies)
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, motivated, and target-driven
  • Immediate availability is required
