This role falls under our Dubai Harbour Marinas umbrella and we are seeking an individual who will be responsible for promoting and selling the marina's services to potential customers and existing marina members which includes the implementation of sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets Responsibilities Promote and sell marina services to potential customers and existing marina members Implement sales strategies to achieve targets Build and maintain relationships with customers, including yacht owners, brokers, and charter companies Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Conduct marina tours for potential customers Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the marina Collaborate with other departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities Able to perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the Management of Dubai Harbour Marinas Abide with Shamal LLC policies and Procedures Work hours as required to do your task but normally to work 48 hours per week Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred Experience 3 years’ experience in a sales or guest services role, preferably in a marina or hospitality setting For or more information about Shamal, please visit our LinkedIn page https//www.linkedin.com/company/shamalholding/ Note Due to a high influx of profiles, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
