To support our Middle East sales team, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic individual in the position of Sales Executive in the Middle East to support the sales team. Job Description What you will do Monitor the market and identify new opportunities to acquire potential customers and strategic partners. Communicate and engage with the customers to arrange meetings, agreement signature, etc. Maintain close contact with our customers via phone and email (both warm and cold calling) to convince them of our products and successfully build customer relationships. Lead Generation & Qualification provided by Sales Manager, Events, Partners & Dealers Present the SaaS solutions of our products Infrasys, Daylight PMS, and are responsible for successful sales performance within the specified territory. Schedule qualified appointments to present the product in more detail and track the entire project until successful completion. Create proposals, maintain customer data, and monitor order processing. Use our CRM tool to track and evaluate leads within the pipeline and independently handle administrative tasks in your daily work. Work closely with the Sales Manager and other teams. Together, to implement the regional sales strategy Qualifications What are we looking for Should have 2-3 years of experience in handling similar job Hospitality Business background Meetings, Events and groups operational experience is an add-on Experience in POS/PMS or SaaS sales is an advantage. A hunter mentality, a passion for sales, and no fear of a "no" over the phone. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment Ownership with quality, Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic Fluent in English, and Arabic, other languages are add-on Customer focus, flexibility, a strong work ethic, and resilience. Proficient in MS Outlook, knowledge of MS Word and Excel. A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
