POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires someone with strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, client servicing, and delivering tailored signage solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience in signage, exhibition, printing, or related industries (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong network of contacts in construction, retail, corporate, and government sectors is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the signage, exhibition, and advertising sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare proposals/quotations, and present customized signage solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events for lead generation and networking.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to project management.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and contribute to sales strategy development.
