In this role, you will be expected to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. You will proactively follow up on leads and generate sales from our customer database, while also working to expand this database by identifying and targeting potential customers. Your ability to network effectively, utilize digital platforms, and engage in sustainability events will be crucial in converting prospects into buyers. You will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to customers, conveying the benefits of our vehicles in an engaging manner. Additionally, you will coordinate with logistics to ensure timely vehicle delivery and conduct thorough post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage referrals, and foster repeat business. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system is essential. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Periodic reporting on the status of prospect deals, market feedback, and competitor information will be required to keep management informed of emerging trends. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely completion of all pre- and post-sales documentation, adhering to necessary policies and procedures.
