Job Description To establish, develop and maintain effective customer relationship to sustain and promote growth of sales operations. To negotiate with customers at the best interest of Sika. Track customer calls and provide reports accordingly. Evaluate market research and identifying pricing strategies based on analyzes and feedback to take advantage through the competitors. Hunting new customers and farming handover customer. To achieve annual sales target assigned to team and individual. To proceed all quotations and offers, sales contracts, debt collection and all official letters related to customers. To collect debt from customers. To follow up projects assigned by Manager. To coordinate colleagues and other sections or departments to achieve group objectives. Support and grow local sub-distribution. Negotiation tender and contract term and conditions to meet both customer and company. Supporting marketing activity by attending trade show, conference, and marketing events. To undertake and perform other duties and assigned by Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for client presentations. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Additional Information Working days - Monday to Friday ( 8:30am to 5:30pm) Location- East Dagon ( Frerry provided )
