We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing medical and aesthetic clinic.

The ideal candidate is a confident sales professional with excellent communication and closing skills who is passionate about achieving results. Experience in the aesthetic or medical industry is highly desirable, but we also welcome strong sales professionals from other industries who have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

This role involves managing qualified leads, following up with potential clients, converting enquiries into consultations and treatments, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into consultations, treatments and packages.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle current patients enquiries and proactively follow up with prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify patient's needs and confidently recommend suitable treatments and packages.
• Handle objections professionally and effectively close sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and follow-ups within the CRM system.
• Monitor your sales pipeline and ensure no potential lead is missed.
• Work closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Follow company sales procedures and contribute to achieving overall clinic revenue targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, call centre sales, business development or a similar target-driven role.
• Experience within aesthetic, medical, healthcare, beauty, wellness or luxury sales is highly desirable but not essential.
• Medical sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Previous call centre/telesales experience is highly valued.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs and revenue objectives.
• Experience working with CRM systems and lead management.
• Arabic language skills are a plus
• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
• Confident in handling objections and converting leads into paying clients.
• Highly energetic, ambitious, commercially minded and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven clinic environment.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
