Kahoot! is looking for a Sales Executive who will become a key player in our Sales team in our brand-new Singapore office space! In this role, you will take charge of inbound sales management, pipeline development, sales execution and more.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with the following skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
  • Strong ability to manage expectations, present solutions, and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a commercial role with a deep understanding of business dynamics
  • Outstanding skills in presenting and communicating effectively, with fluency in English
  • Sales Track Record: Proven success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive results
  • Negotiation skills: Excellent skills in negotiation and deal-making
  • Complex Sales Management: Ability to manage and navigate a complex sales process, with a clear understanding of the business value of SaaS solutions, particularly in the context of Learning & Development and Communication
  • Customer Understanding: Strong listening skills and a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and challenges
  • Team Collaboration: A team player with exceptional people skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Responsibilities

As our next Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Inbound Sales Management: Oversee the entire inbound sales process for prospects who have shown interest in Kahoot for Work through phone calls, emails, or requests for additional information. Manage inbound lead channels, handle invoice and quote requests, and address support and billing inquiries related to sales executed by yourself
  • Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring efficient handling of all inbound leads and driving sales growth
  • Sales Execution: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closure, focusing on converting inbound leads into successful sales
  • Initiative Implementation: Execute specific, planned initiatives aimed at enhancing inbound sales and support functions
  • Training and Support: Provide training on existing Kahoot tools to colleagues in the Sales Team as needed, helping to enhance overall team performance and knowledge
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives
