Your Role

  • Sell minimum 35–45 cars per month from our growing stock.
  • Take customers through the full journey: enquiry, test drive, finance, handover.
  • Maximise every opportunity through finance products and add-ons.
  • Ensure cars and adverts are always presented to the highest standard.
  • Build loyal customer relationships that bring referrals and repeat business.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You have at least 2 years’ motor trade sales experience and a proven ability to close deals.
  • You’re driven, ambitious, and motivated by success and high earnings.
  • You value honesty and transparency with customers and colleagues alike.
