JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in smart automation and ELV sales, with a strong understanding of tendering processes. You will independently generate leads, manage project tenders, and close deals, working closely with consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits
  • Conduct detailed consultations and present tailored smart automation and ELV solutions
  • Manage tender responses including reviewing RFQs, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, MEP contractors, and procurement teams for project bids
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals to close deals
  • Represent the company in site meetings, pre-bid discussions, and negotiations
  • Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities
