POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently hiring a Sales Executive to support our growing operations. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a professional with industry experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the bearings and auto spare parts industry.
  • A background in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related disciplines) is strongly desired.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage, as this role involves interaction with clients across Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and work in any of the company’s subsidiaries across different countries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical assistance and product recommendations tailored to their specific needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to clients at various locations as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
