Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Social Events and Food and Beverage to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our venue and services for social events, weddings, and corporate functions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Conduct site visits and showcase our venue's facilities to potential clients Create compelling proposals and presentations for social events and F&B packages Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booked events Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor offerings Attend industry networking events and trade shows to generate leads Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights Qualifications Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Excellent negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Experience in event planning and coordination Knowledge of social event planning and food and beverage industry trends Understanding of local market dynamics in Jakarta, Indonesia Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred) Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required Strong social media skills and understanding of digital marketing techniques Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
