JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (SOLUTIONS SALES)

Location: UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in solution selling (Fixed Asset Management, Warehouse Management, Fleet Management, Digitization, or related fields)
Nationality: Open (must have UAE experience)
Driving License: Mandatory (valid UAE license required)

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in software/solutions selling in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Experience with B2B clients in industries such as logistics, healthcare, education, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Arabic will be an added advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive solution sales and support the company’s growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution selling, lead generation, and client acquisition, along with the ability to manage sales admin tasks and social media presence.
This is a target-driven role that requires strong initiative, relationship-building, and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Pitch and sell solutions such as Fixed Asset Management, Warehouse Management, Fleet Management, and Digitization platforms.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead qualification, proposal preparation, and presentations to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions, demos, and solution delivery.
  • Support marketing by managing and updating company social media accounts (LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities and market insights.
