SALES EXECUTIVE – EVENT STAFFING & LUXURY TRANSPORT

London (Hybrid/Remote) | Full-Time | £30,000–£35,000 + High Commission

We are The Soundboy Crew – a group business providing a wide range of staffing solutions across the events industry:

  • Event Crew (AV technicians, stagehands, riggers, marquee erectors)
  • Security & Stewards (crowd management, VIP, festival & corporate)
  • Hospitality Staffing (front of house, bar, catering, and festival staff)
  • Luxury Transportation (executive coaches, Sprinters, VIP chauffeurs)

We are now looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and winning new business in the events and hospitality sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business development (events, hospitality, or recruitment preferred).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of the events/recruitment industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK for industry events.
Responsibilities
  • Generate leads using tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and prioritise strategic target account lists.
  • Craft tailored outbound sequences (emails, LinkedIn InMails, cold calls).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to ensure flawless client delivery.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance with improvement suggestions.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
