Role Description: Must be owning Car Your role will be critical in overseeing our internal sales coordination, managing key client appointments, and achieving growth targets, especially with construction companies and interior design firms to present our rolling Shutters solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role at EVO Shutter. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals. This role involves a mix of on-site work in El Sheikh Zaid and remote work flexibility. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ∙Successfully create business from new and existing Companies accounts. ∙Meet and exceed sales targets ∙Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives ∙Following and establish long term relationships with customers. ∙Preparing weekly and monthly reports to be shared with the Sales Manager and CEO. ∙Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management. Requirements Qualifications: ∙Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field ∙Sales, Business Development, communication and interpersonal and Negotiation skills ∙Experience in customer relationship management ∙Ability to work independently and collaboratively ∙2-5 years sales experience ∙Prefer 1 - 3 Years of Experience and Good knowledge in the work field. ∙very presentable (in case of face to face meetings) ∙Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems ∙Expertise in dealing with reputable organization and companies. ∙flexible, decisive and you know how to put ego aside and focus on the needs of the customer. ∙Good English language . ∙Excellent at Microsoft Office.
