Position: Sales Executive
Location: Space Dental Wakefield Practice (Turners Way, Wakefield, WF2 8EF)
Type: Full-Time (we operate 7 days a week, so flexibility to work some weekends is a must)
Salary: c£28,000 - £32,000 DOE Basic per year, with realistic OTE of c£40,000+ through company bonus and uncapped commission
Available Hours: 40 hours per week

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: A DYNAMIC GO-GETTER

We’re seeking a proactive, enthusiastic professional with a stellar work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets.
· Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of outbound telesales or phone-based B2B/B2C sales experience, ideally in healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic industries.
· Confident Closer: You have the charisma and tact to pitch and close over the phone, building trust and rapport effortlessly.
· Self-Starter Mindset: You’re ambitious, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Hunger for Success: You’re motivated by uncapped commission and smashing targets, with a keen eye for opportunity.
· Dental Knowledge (Desirable): While not essential, an understanding of cosmetic dentistry treatments is a bonus to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Space Dental’s reach, connecting with clients seeking premium cosmetic dentistry solutions. Your ambition and sales acumen will help create flawless dental journeys and grow our practice. Key responsibilities include:
· Building new business: Conduct outbound cold calling to generate B2B and B2C leads in the cosmetic dentistry space, turning prospects into loyal clients.
· Expanding reach: Set up new client accounts and grow our presence in the dental market.
· Nurturing relationships: Manage and expand a base of warm accounts, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
· Following up leads: Handle inbound enquiries with confidence, converting interest into bookings.
· Collaborating with the team: Work within an energetic, ambitious sales team to drive practice success and foster a positive, cohesive environment.
