Description

As a Sales Executive, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Direct experience within the maritime industry (e.g., shipping, logistics, port operations, marine technology, vessel services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products/services and articulate their value to maritime clients.
  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of your products. New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
  • Meet sales revenue targets.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Sales executive 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience in the Facility Management/Real Estate/Hospitality Field
  • Driving license is a must
  • Experience in Abu Dhabi
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The package from 5,000 can go up to 7,000 based on the experience
  • Up to 5% commission
