The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, expanding our business partnerships, and driving company growth by securing staffing contracts with employers in various industries.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Knowledge of local job markets and industries is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Identify and approach potential clients for staffing services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses and HR managers
• Promote the agency’s staffing solutions across industries such as warehousing, construction, retail, cleaning, administration, etc.
• Meet monthly client acquisition targets
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements
• Provide regular updates and reports to management
