About Us: Star Neon is a dynamic and creative company specialising in signage solutions with a particular focus on neon signs. We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales team, gaining hands-on experience in direct client interactions through various channels such as chat, calls, and in-person meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Sales/Customer Service
  • Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possession of a driving license is advantageous but not obligatory.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and maintain communication with potential clients.
  • Generate and dispatch proposals promptly.
  • Offer post-sale assistance and support to customers.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to schedule site visits and installations.
  • Oversee project management from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate internally with designers to develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Communicate with production internally to ensure timely production and delivery according to agreed-upon timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customers’ accounts receivables within the company’s systems.
  • Prepare and follow up on invoices for outstanding payments.
  • Record and process customer invoices and receipts on a daily basis.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to discuss offers and address project specifications.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and Sales/Production CRM management.
  • Assist with other sales-related tasks and projects as needed.
