About the Role As an Sales Executive at Munu, you’ll be the connector — turning warm leads into loyal customers by building strong relationships, understanding needs, and presenting solutions that create real value. You’ll join forces with our Senior Business Development Lead to qualify prospects, run impactful demos, and guide opportunities through the pipeline. This is a client-facing role where curiosity, communication, and commercial instinct come together. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It Own the Client Conversation You’ll lead discovery calls, product demos, and solution-focused conversations that connect client pain points to what Munu offers — always with clarity, confidence, and care. Build & Move the Pipeline Working closely with our Senior BDL, you’ll take warm leads and move them through the sales cycle. From first follow-up to signed agreement, your focus is progress. Close with Confidence You’ll prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and handle negotiations — always ensuring client needs are front and center while driving deals to the finish line. Keep CRM Crisp You’ll document every interaction in HubSpot with precision, helping the team stay aligned, responsive, and data-driven. Collaborate to Win From product to marketing to operations, you’ll team up across Munu to deliver a seamless customer experience — before, during, and after the sale. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Bring proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role — ideally within tech or services Combine a genuine passion for tech and food with hands-on experience from the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, bar) Know how to ask the right questions and tailor your pitch to what really matters Communicate with clarity, energy, and confidence — in writing and in person Are fluent in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and work clean, structured, and fast Love working in a collaborative sales team and thrive on hitting your targets Are proactive, curious, and always looking to improve Speak one or more Nordic languages (a big plus!)
