Responsibilities
  • Sales Process: Follow up with prospective clients to close sales using a structured sales process.
  • Engage with Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries from multiple lead generation sources.
  • Course Advisement: Provide individuals and corporate teams with suitable courses, awards, and diplomas tailored to their needs.
  • Consultations: Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations with prospective students and corporate clients.
  • Keyholding Responsibilities: Open and close the training centre, supporting day-to-day business operations where needed.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Networking: Confidently network both locally and virtually to generate potential business.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the training team to hand over clients and encourage referrals and upsells.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain sales forecast spreadsheets
