Penempatan untuk PT DSS Sukabumi - Cianjur Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Menangani area penjualan sesuai dengan distributor pada wilayah penempatan masing-masing Melakukan briefing tim sales distributor serta koordinasi rutin dengan BM/PIC Distributor Mengajukan dan mengelola program penjualan (bottom-up) Menangani dan menyelesaikan keberatan (objection) dari distributor maupun outlet Melakukan pembukaan outlet baru (New Open Outlet) Mengelola dan memonitor outlet Pareto Menjaga ketersediaan dan perputaran stok di tingkat distributor Mendorong pencapaian Sell In dan Sell Out distributor Melakukan pengecekan dan monitoring klaim program penjualan Kualifikasi: Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun menangani produk consumer goods (snack, makanan, dan minuman) Berpengalaman menjual produk non-lokal (lebih disukai) Memiliki dan menguasai database outlet Pareto serta area penugasan Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik Evermos is committed to providing an inclusive environment where equal opportunities are available to all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, or related condition. Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will manage sales areas according to assigned distributors and conduct regular briefings and coordination with distributor teams. Responsibilities also include handling objections, opening new outlets, and monitoring stock availability.
