Sunberry Group is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to help us expand our presence across the UAE’s dynamic HORECA industry.

Through Sunberry Fresh, we supply premium fresh fruits and vegetables to restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and other food businesses across the UAE.

Our growing Food Processing arm takes this further by offering value-added food solutions, including fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, sanitized fruits and vegetables, ready-to-use products, and other professionally processed fruits and vegetables items designed to make life easier for our customers.

With a wider range of products and exciting growth ahead, this is an opportunity to sell more than just produce — you'll be offering complete food solutions to the HORECA industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the HORECA sector.
Build a strong customer network including restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and food businesses.
Promote our range of fresh produce and food processing solutions.
Meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide the right products and solutions.
Convert new opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute directly to business growth.
Coordinate closely with our Operations, Purchasing, Production, and Customer Care teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably within HORECA, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Fresh Produce, or Food Processing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in approaching and meeting new customers.
A self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Knowledge of the UAE HORECA market will be a strong advantage.
A valid UAE driving licence.
