JOB OVERVIEW

Kwikpac is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Executive Support Coordinator to join our collaborative and fast-paced sales team.
Based in our Kirkcaldy office, this role is ideal for someone with a support-based background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an exceptional communicator, and has strong multitasking capabilities. You will play a critical part in supporting our sales team and senior management, while maintaining accurate reporting and owning vital business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Create and manage quotations for consumables and service work.
  • Maintain and update client price lists.
  • Join and manage internal Microsoft Teams calls related to key orders and service work.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales and management KPI reports.
  • Act as a personal assistant to senior management (calendar management, task follow-ups, sensitive information).
  • Serve as the key liaison between the purchasing and sales teams to coordinate pricing and quotes.
  • Maintain and manage critical reporting systems and sales team processes.

Weekly Tasks:

  • Update sales figures and track KPIs.
  • Maintain and refresh sales dashboards.
  • Compile and deliver weekly sales reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for weekly sales meetings.

Monthly Tasks:

  • Contribute to the sales team’s customer forecasting and inputting sales targets.
  • Prepare commission sheets and other confidential sales reports.
  • Produce monthly KPI and performance reports for management.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in sales support coordination.
  • Has strong experience in calendar management and administrative support for senior leaders.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and other online portals.
  • Has a high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Can manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Has a flexible, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Is organised, process-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Has experience working in service-based or technical sales environments.
  • Is familiar with CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Has presentation skills and experience compiling sales decks or executive summaries.
