ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being the trusted right-hand leader while also making a direct contribution to sales success. As the Sales & Executive Support Specialist, you’ll balance classic PA responsibilities—such as managing the Sales Director’s diary, meetings, travel, and correspondence—with hands-on sales enablement, including generating leads, following up on CRM activity, sending proposals, and arranging potential new client visits. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Sales Director’s time is focused where it matters most, while keeping the sales pipeline active and moving.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT DUTIES

  • Manage the Sales Director’s calendar—scheduling meetings, calls, and client appointments.
  • Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for client visits and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the Sales Director, emails, calls, and internal communication.
  • Act as gatekeeper-ensuring the Director’s time is spent on high-priority tasks.

SALES SUPPORT DUTIES

  • Support lead generation by researching prospects and building outreach lists.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM (Pipedrive)—pipeline integrity, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • Follow up with prospects via email/phone to keep opportunities warm and moving.
  • Draft, send, track client proposals, ensuring a professional presentation and timely follow-up.
  • Monitor sales metrics and highlight gaps, delays, or opportunities for improvement.
