The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales and marketing initiatives for our luxury resort properties, focusing on building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing strategies that align with our overall business objectives and enhance the guest experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for resorts within the SWOT Hospitality portfolio. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to drive new business opportunities. Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to promote resort offerings and unique selling propositions. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively target prospective guests. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of services. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the booking process, addressing any concerns promptly. Track and report sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management regarding sales strategies and performance. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of sales experience in hospitality, specifically within resort or leisure markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
