Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, ensuring all details are captured
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled according to requirements
Monitor outstanding sales orders and proactively address any issues that arise
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the sales tea
Min qualifications: GCE"O/A” Level, Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
Min 1 year of working experience in a related field (sales, customer service, or retail)
Good communication skills
MS Office
Possess a driving license, if any
Able to take stress and willing to stay long with the company.
