Job Description Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a Food Service Sales Executive to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Reporting to Food Service Regional Sales Manager, your mission will be to grow coverage and profitability in your assigned area (Marmara Region). You will constantly look for improvement in your areas of responsibility. Your priorities will be the delivery of net sales value and distribution coverage. You will need to ensure the execution of the sales plan, track performance and align with company priorities 100% in the field. In brief, you will be responsible for Managing sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned food service distributors in the area (Marmara Region, Istanbul-based), following commercial plans and objectives, implementing key activities, and executing day-to-day business Taking ownership of the Customer & Distributor relationship, execute the sales plan with distributors to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; distribution coverage; customer satisfaction) Reviewing weekly/monthly customer performance and highlight opportunities and risks during monthly business reviews against agreed performance criteria Supporting all market activation to build brand development and maximize brand performance within the Food Service Channel. Identifying market potential to establish New Accounts in the food service channel and build a new customer pipeline Preparing and following annual agreements(JVP) with key customers in accordance with company goals and ensuring efficiency Working closely with supply chain, finance, marketing and commercial teams to provide proper inputs to improve forecasting accuracy, trade expenditure and budget control Guiding and supporting the Distributor’s sales representatives to ensure excellence in execution What you bring Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; Experience of minimum 2 years in sales or trade marketing A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively A high degree of practice to use MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel Driving license and ability to travel frequently within assigned region What we offer you: A fast career track like only few other companies can match Always room for new ideas; if you have an excellent idea- please let us know and we can set it in action!
