This position has been thoughtfully designed for individuals accustomed to environments where discretion, intuition, and personalization are paramount. The Sales Executive role requires an individual who is equally comfortable cultivating high-value relationships as they are ensuring the quiet precision behind every client interaction. Summary of Responsibilities: Develop and steward a curated portfolio of corporate accounts, with an emphasis on quality over volume and long-term value over transactional gain Engage senior-level travel managers and executives with discretion, professionalism, and a highly personalized approach Negotiate preferred corporate agreements that reflect both the hotel’s positioning and the expectations of a discerning clientele Interpret market dynamics with sophistication, identifying opportunities that align with the hotel’s brand ethos rather than purely rate-driven demand Collaborate seamlessly with Revenue Management to balance exclusivity with strategic yield Serve as the organizational anchor for the Sales team, ensuring that all administrative and operational touchpoints are executed flawlessly and without friction Craft polished, bespoke proposals and agreements that reflect the tone and refinement expected of a five-star property Maintain meticulous records within CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and ease of access Curate and coordinate site inspections that feel intuitive, unhurried, and tailored—mirroring the guest experience itself Act as a thoughtful liaison across departments, ensuring every client commitment is delivered with precision and grace Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Previous experience in hotel sales, reservations, front office, or marketing (1–2 years) strongly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and PMS (e.g. Micros/Fidelio, Opera, toast, etc.) is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience within ultra-luxury or highly design-driven hospitality environments. A naturally discreet and intuitive professional who understands the unspoken expectations of high-profile clientele. Highly detail-oriented, with an appreciation for the quiet discipline required to maintain operational excellence. Commercially aware, with the ability to balance relationship integrity and revenue performance.
Responsibilities
